What does your Free Booth include?
- Physical space: Reserved zone in the congress’s main exhibition area.
- Brand visibility: Inclusion of your studio and game name in the official event program and promotional materials.
- Exhibition and Signage Kit: We handle the visual setup of your space. Your booth will include a custom panel featuring your game’s poster, along with basic furniture (table, chairs) and a power outlet. Just bring your equipment!
Participation Requirements
- Have a playable version (demo or functional alpha/beta) to show during the event.
- Being an independent studio or a solo developer (without a major publisher behind you).
- Complete the registration form before the deadline: October 20, 2026.
Studios must bring their own computers or equipment to allow attendees to play the demo and must commit to adhering to the established schedule, keeping their equipment under supervision at all times. The organizers will not cover any travel or expenses incurred by the studio.
