Carlos Viola
Composer and Musical Director at The Game Kitchen

Born in Seville in 1981, Carlos had his first contact with music education at age 12 with the folklore group “Giralda de Sevilla,” where he played the bandurria and learned Spanish guitar. At the age of 18, he formed an instrumental rock band, and by 20, he began specializing in composing soundtracks for documentaries, commercials, short movies and video games.
From 2010 to 2020, he composed soundtracks for video games like The Last Door and Blasphemous 1 and 2, earning international recognition and several nominations for the best soundtrack at national festivals.

Raquel García Cabañas
Freelance Composer and Programmer

With over 15 years of experience and a master’s degree in audiovisual soundtrack composition from the prestigious ESMUC, Raquel has created original music for short films, documentaries and stock libraries, in addition to composing and scoring her projects like the video game Encounters: Music Stories. She is also a programmer with more than 20 years in educational and musical apps and games.

Norman Benet
CEO & Co-Founder of Gatera Studio

Norman co-founded Gatera Studio and Gatera Media, companies focused on creating video games and immersive tech experiences. At Gatera Studio, he has worked on among other projects on Antro, a platform puzzle and rhythm runner game exploring social issues through music and art, and Starlight Hero, an immersive VR puzzle and interactive narrative experience.

Victormame
Musician

A professional pianist and keyboardist and content creator focusing on music, piano and video games since 2017. He has performed at many of Spain’s top anime, gaming and Japanese culture events. He also performs in Candlelight concert series and is a keyboardist in the famous Catalan pop group Doctor Prats.

Sara López
Composer at Sara Lopez Productions

Sara, born in Tenerife, is an avid gamer and role-playing fan, specialized in soundtrack composition for audiovisual media, particularly video games. She studied guitar in Tenerife, earned a Bachelor’s in Composition at the University of Freiburg, and completed a master’s in audiovisual media composition at ESMUC, Barcelona. Notable works include the soundtrack for Apocalypse Voodoo, which won Best Soundtrack at the 2018 Costa del Sol International Fantasy Film Week, the soundtrack for Monsters’ Act (Best Soundtrack at Indie Spain Jam 2023), and music for Human Fall Flat, Terra Alia, and The Hookmarine. She has also taught audiovisual composition and currently shares musical content on social media and Twitch.

Ramón Solé
Freelance Composer and Sound Designer

With over 30 years of experience composing music and nearly 10 years in video game audio as a freelance composer, sound designer, voice director and voice actor, Ramón has worked on a dozen indie projects, primarily for the Catalan studio Cubus Games. His notable work includes “CRIMS: casos oberts” (the official game for TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio), Steam Highwayman, Drácula: Trail of Blood, Return 2 Runaway, and Code Land.

Alberto Pereira
Freelance Audio Engineer

Alberto works as an audio engineer in localization and dubbing projects such as Cyberpunk 2077 (that earned him the award for the best dubbing in Spanish of 2020), Spider-Man 2, Death Stranding, Resident Evil remastered, Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, FIFA, Destiny, Call of Duty, and others, including films like Emily Brontë and One Piece Stampede. His expertise spans recording, editing, mixing and mastering. He has collaborated with Amazon’s Audible platform, DAZN, Oxford Publishing, Guggenheim Museum among others.

Eduardo De la Iglesia
Composer and Audio Designer

Madrid-based composer and sound designer with over 24 years of experience, Eduardo began his career at the age of 22 with the production department of Commandos 2: Men of Courage. He has since worked on titles like Call of the Sea, American Arcadia, The Lords of the Fallen, Warhammer 40k Warforge, Song of Nunu – A League of Legends Story, Gylt, and Red Matter 1 and 2. He has received international awards such as the Billboard World Contest and the USA Songwriting Competition.

Aleix Ramón

Aleix has worked as a composer and sound designer on many video games, including Iron Crown, Blastback, Magic Inn, Captain Soda, Guncar Arena, Ancient Kingdoms, G-Switch 4: Creator, FixFox, and Evidence 11. He is also the author of the book Pricing Game Audio.

Alex Escutia
Sound Designer

With 17 years of professional experience, Alex specializes in multichannel mixing, sound design, foley effects, and dubbing for both national and international films. As a foley artist, he worked on The Realm (Best Sound award, Goya 2018) and other films. As a sound designer, he has created audio experiences for fiction podcasts.

With over 10 years of experience in video games, cinema and advertising, Nacho specializes in sound design for indie and AAA games such as Lords of the Fallen, A Stranded Spark, Therefore, and Automate-it, as well as for international advertising projects with brands like Disney, Ford, Kia, Nissan, Coca-Cola, Tous and Bershka.
